11A. After the Spike Belt system has been used, can it be brought back into service?

A. Yes, The Spike Belt should be carefully inspected and a new Spike Belt system Re-built.

B. Good Strips are re-used to rebuild a new system, with a rebuild kit of a new sleeve and Strips

C. The old sleeve and damaged strips are used to build trainer units.

11B. What is a rebuild kit?

A. A rebuild kit includes a new sleeve and two replacement strips.

B. The rebuild kit is stuffed with the strips from an older system to build up a new system to put back into service.

C. Rebulid kit is nice but not needed, just use your system again until all the Spikes are gone.

11C. How do your build a trainer unit?

A. Once a system is hit in traffic the old sleeve serves as a trainer sleeve. Pull the strips, those not hit serve to rebuild a new system, those hit can be opened and by pulling out all the Spikes, they can be installed in the trainer Sleeve.

B. Once the Spikes have been pulled, tape up the unit, and place it into the old sleeve.

C. Pull the Spike Belt patch from the velcro, as an indicator that the system is now a trainer model, you can place a trainer patch on the velcro.

D. You might not have enough, trainers strips to build a complete unit. Call your Distributor for extras.
